Rock and Roll baby! It’s mother nature’s alarm clock. We got it all last night. Rain, thunderstorms, hail and all sorts of stuff dropping from the heavens. This fury will be going on and off for most of the morning. Flash flood warning has been issued for most of the Chicago area. You guys building the arch on the south side….seriously? It’s not that bad. al

We will be going through this raining weather for the remainder of the day. Although the probability of precipitation drastically increases tonight, things should calm down a bit after 10 am this morning but pick right back up during the evening hours. Today we should reach a high in the mid 70s with overcast skies clearing a bit in the afternoon but becoming overcast again in the evening. The probability for thunderstorms and rain will increase to 80% tonight. As we move into Friday the thunderstorms and rain will diminish to a 30% probability in the morning clearing Friday afternoon with a high expected in the mid 70s. The clearing will continue throughout Friday evening as a high pressure area ushers in clear skies. Saturday skies will be clear with a high expected in the mid 70s.

Keep those Saturday plans for a BBQ, softball game, hike, run or whatever it is that you do to make you happy.
