Unseasonably cold weather will continue through the weekend. Today will be windy with gusts to 30 mph, and high temperatures only reaching into the mid to upper 30s. A few flurries are possible. Mostly sunny skies on Saturday will be the rule, but again with highs only in the mid to upper 30s. Another wintry storm system may bring more widespread measurable snow Sunday into Monday.
It looks like we will be stuck down in the wintery type conditions until next Thursday. The sun will be out on Tuesday and Wednesday, but those temperatures will still be unseasonably cold as this wintery weather starts acting like a visiting relative from Kentucky. They just don’t know when to leave. At least with the visiting relative you can make things uncomfortable, like serving up liver and onions or canned peas for dinner. Who knows…. maybe something will scare this visiting wintery mess away, like a popup Nickelback concert.
