Warmer weather is expected Wednesday and Thursday across the area. Increasing moisture over a melting snowpack will lead to fog Wednesday night into Thursday. Colder and drier weather will then return to end the week.
No Snow! Yes we said no snow….At least the snowblowers and grocery stores will have a chance to recuperate.
Today
Patchy drizzle after 4pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 43. South southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Tonight
Patchy drizzle before 1am. Areas of fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a steady temperature around 40. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Thursday
Rain, mainly after noon. Areas of fog before 3pm. High near 43. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Thursday Night
A slight chance of rain before 1am, then a slight chance of rain and snow between 1am and 2am, then a slight chance of snow after 2am. Cloudy, with a low around 28. Northwest wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Friday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 30. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
