“How long do we go before somebody is held responsible?” Brown said.

Given the financial demise of many school districts in Indiana, Munster, Gary and Muncie to name a few, perhaps these measures would assure the taxpayers that their hard earned tax dollars are being looked over and not misspent on lucrative contracts or bonuses while funding earmarked for the classroom is drastically reduced.
