Thursday7
For Thursday, cloudy skies should at least partially clear in the afternoon and winds will be much weaker than the past few days. Yea now that all of our faces are red from the relentless wind and various items that just so happen to fly right up in our face.  Expect temperatures to only top out in the middle to upper 20s. Snow will be likely Friday night into Saturday morning. Some accumulations of an inch or 2 are possible. For those of you who still have your lights in your garage or basement, good luck with that. Consider getting one of those dinky flood lights that stabs in the ground and projects light onto your house. Yes your quest to be Clark Griswald may have to wait another year in which you actually heed our warning and get your butt up on your ladder to hang your luminaries before the temperatures drop such that you freeze to the ladder or the side of the house and become a part of the holiday decorations.  Stay warm and safe. Enjoy the holidays even though your house pales in comparison to your neighbor’s lights that are rated higher in footcandles than the runway lights at O’Hare. You holiday light looser!
