Neighbors’ New Vistas High School (NNVHS) is a free high school that is open to any high school student who is an Indiana resident.  NNVHS offers students of all ages a true pathway to earning a high-quality education and a Core-40 or general high school diploma.  NNVHS highly-qualified teachers work closely with students to support individual needs and circumstances. Neighbors’ Educational Opportunities, Inc. (NEO) is built on the mission of providing quality adult and secondary education opportunities to those in need of a pathway to meeting their educational goals.
NEO’s is committed to
  • being a regional educational resource to students, families, schools, & communities
  • assisting students in achieving their academic goals
  • contributing to regional efforts to raise the quality of life for our citizens
  • advocating for access to high quality education for all Indiana residents
NEO Adult Education  is a free comprehensive adult education program that is open to any Indiana resident who is 16 years of age or older who is not currently enrolled in school.  NEO’s highly-qualified teachers support students’ efforts to pass Indiana’s High School Equivalency (HSE) Diploma Exam (previous GED), remediate skills for personal or work purposes, prepare for high school End of Course Assessments or college entrance exams, learn English as a second language, or study for the US Citizenship test.
